It's been a while since I've talked tech on here, and there's a number of reasons for that, which I won't get into here, but I wanted to touch a bit on Cover Flow, a relatively new user interface that Apple is heavily promoting for both the iPhone and its next OS, Leopard (branded as Quick Look). Besides other smaller venues that I didn't cover officially, I hit up the Pride Launch with Ryan, Pride Slam, the Pride Gala & Awards with Jerrold, and the charity comedy night, Homo Night in Canada (photo with the B-Girlz shown above). It's been a great week, but I'm in need of a little recoup time this week. Phew!

Rogers to Canadians: No iPhone for you! Uncategorized | (0)
I've had a lot of people tell me that they're "waiting for the iPhone" or ask me if I'm getting one. I heard around the beginning of the year that Rogers was having problems negotiating a contract with Apple to bring them to Canada, and it looks like that's actually the case now. Crazy week begins Uncategorized | (2)
It's kind of interesting how things change when you start writing for a site that's not yours, and yours alone. I've had a great time doing everything for blogTO so far, and can't wait to do some more. Today begins over a week long of craziness covering many Pride events throughout the city. It'll also be the first time I'm media accredited to do anything, and will be at the Pride Awards & Gala red carpet event next Wednesday, hosted by Justin Trudeau and Sook-Yin Lee. Good times ahead!
